At Turnbull Child Development Center, we believe that a high-quality early childhood program provides a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional and cognitive well being of young children, while responding to the needs of families.

We believe that developmentally appropriate programs should be available to all children and their families regardless of handicap, age, race, creed or color. We strive to partner with our parents in the awareness of their needs and to be a resource of information and support for them.

We accomplish this through individual visits as the children are dropped off and picked up, through parental programs and parties with the children, and fund-rasing activities. Parents, along with their children, are the most important element at Turnbull Child Development Center.
